Why I Foster

If you’ve followed me for any amount of time, you’ve probably seen a parade of scruffy, sweet, sometimes chaotic dogs pass through my life. Fostering is my way of giving back—helping dogs get a soft place to land while they wait for their forever homes. It’s also been one of the most joyful, humbling, and unexpectedly funny parts of my life.

What It’s Taught Me

Fostering dogs has made me a better human (and honestly, a better real estate agent). It’s taught me to be patient, flexible, creative—and how to find the good bones in just about anything. Every dog is a little different, just like every home and every client. But the goal is always the same: to find the right fit.

Home Is Everything

Whether it’s for a dog or a human, finding a safe, happy home is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that home should feel like a tail wag, a deep exhale, a “this is the one” kind of moment.
