 Terry Miller is a Broker for Windermere Real Estate. Terry has completed advance studies in all aspects of listing, selling, investment, legal aspects, and creative financing, Terry has earned many coveted designations which, combined, are held by less than 1% of all REALTORS. Nationally recognized as a real estate expert, Terry has been a guest speaker and panelist at a number of industry seminars and retreats. In 2004-2005 she was appointed by the Governor to assist in a re-write of our RE code. She served on the PS Burn Ban Task Force. She is also a volunteer on the Board for HomeSight® is a non profit community development of low income housing. She is the current past president.
