My mission? Keep things smooth, straightforward, and maybe even a little fun.

 For buyers: I know the two big fears - overpaying and missing out. I tackle both head‑on with clear strategy, calm guidance, and the kind of market insight that keeps you confident instead of spiraling on Redfin at midnight. 

 For sellers: Your top worries usually boil down to leaving money on the table or getting stuck on the market. I bring data‑driven pricing, sharp marketing, and negotiation that actually protects your bottom line, not just your listing photos. My goal is simple: get you the strongest result with the least amount of chaos.

When I’m not negotiating deals, you can find me swimming, biking, and running my way through half Ironman's (because apparently, I enjoy suffering). I also foster dogs, which means there’s a 90% chance I have dog hair on me. Coffee is my lifeblood, and snacks are a non-negotiable part of my day.
